Boutique Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder. Responsibilities include high level gatekeeping, intense and ever-changing calendar management, extensive travel arrangements both domestic and international as well as private jet arrangements. High level internal and external communication, detailed meeting planning and coordination as well as keeping Executive on track, and providing strategic support to the Office of the Executive. The EA will also support executive with some PA duties including personal travel, appointment scheduling and errands as needed. Will provide light assistance to four other executives on the finance team. Opportunity to take on additional projects related to fundraising and event planning.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 -10 years of prior admin support experience in financial services required. Prior C-Suite experience is preferred. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organized with strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Should be tech savvy with Microsoft Office and Teams and possess strong project management skills. Must be willing to work in office 4 days per week with flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
