Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 2 Co-CEOs and provide some general office support as well. Responsibilities will include: meet and greet guests, heavy phone coverage and calendar management, booking professional/personal travel and processing expenses. Will also assist on personal work related to various boards/organizations, manage dues and renewals for personal memberships, bills, healthcare and calendars. Will order food and supplies for office and manage conference room usage. Will provide back up support for other team members and assist with ad hoc projects as they arise.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 4-5 years of relevant support experience, including senior level support. Financial services industry preferred. Will have a positive attitude and approachable personality. They will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of organization and ownership and will be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast moving, dynamic environment with a no task is too small attitude. Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
