Rapidly growing boutique professional services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to be true right hand to the CEO. Heavy and complex calendar management, extensive travel arrangements and expenses, manage CEO’s inbox and communication flow, first point of contact for clients and prospective clients on behalf of the CEO, coordinate the new business development process, create PowerPoint decks, create and revise contracts, review and revise information on website, newsletter, and marketing materials, respond to media requests, and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 7+ years of administrative support experience including a few years supporting a senior executive. Must have demonstrated success in a fast paced environment. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong technical skills. Must be a true team player who can also work autonomously. Must be flexible outside of typical office hours and may need to travel from time to time.
