Executive Assistant – Communications


Global, boutique asset management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a few Managing Directors and small team in Communications. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, domestic and international travel and expenses, meeting logistics and documentation prep, event planning, presentation and spreadsheet creation and revisions, and ad hoc projects as needed. There will be heavy interaction with external parties.


The qualified candidate must have 5+ years of administrative support experience including some coverage of senior level executives. College degree preferred. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Cvent or other virtual event planning platofrm. Must be a true team player who is attentive, detail oriented, and can multi-task effectively all in a fast-paced environment.
