Director of Talent

Summary

Fast-paced, rapidly growing, and well established North American retail company is seeking a Director of Talent for their corporate office. Lead a team or recruiters covering the retail stores and recruiting coordinators, conduct full cycle recruiting for corporate functions, work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and productive hiring process, and provide strategic guidance throughout the process. Work closely with the VP of Talent on the annual review process, succession planning, career development, and performance management systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of recruiting and talent management experience in retail or similar industry. Must have some supervisory experience. Must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with strong technical skills and experience working with HRIS or ATS systems. Must be adept at building relationships and providing a consultative partnership to the business. Must have proven success in a fast-paced, less-structured environment.
