Boutique investment firm is seeking a Director of Administration to manage the office operations of the firm. Responsibilities will include office and facilities management, meeting and event planning, Board meeting prep, IT oversight and liaison with IT support, and HR oversight of payroll, benefits, and recruiting. Work closely with CEO to ensure best practices are developed and implemented.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10+ years of office/facilities management experience. HR and IT knowledge a plus. Must have financial services or professional services experience. Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required. Supervisory experience a plus. Must be a strong team player who can also effectively work autonomously. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
