Global financial services firm is seeking an HR Associate – Compensation to provide analytical, compensation expertise to the corporate function areas. The focus will be on year-end compensation process, competitive benchmarking, the deferred compensation program, designing comp programs and policies, consulting on offers and working on special projects.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 4+ years of compensation experience within financial services or professional services with a focus on Corporate Functions. Must have strong analytical and technical skills as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal. Experience leading efforts around market pricing, annual compensation cycles, and compensation plan/structure design are required. Must be adept at building rapport with members of the different functional areas in order to provide consultative support to them.
