NYC Asset Manager is looking for an experienced recruiter to lead the campus recruiting and program management function. The individual will develop strategic relationships with target schools through events and partnerships. Help develop strong relationships with all candidates and new hires through the recruiting process. Will manage and evaluate current program structure and processes that support the junior populations. Design and execute new learning initiatives to retain junior talent. Work closely with managers throughout recruiting process and summer programs. Determine metrics for program success and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis. Will manage existing campus recruitment team of 3.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience at a top tier finance or technology firm. Must have a successful track record managing the campus recruiting function as well as developing junior team members. Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes. Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, service oriented and metric driven campus strategy. Ability to work closely and create partnerships with senior business leaders. Proven track record working with social media, conferences, events and campus recruiting channels. Strong communication skills. Experience with technology and/or diversity recruitment a plus.
