Top NYC Investment Bank needs a long term contractor to support their busy campus and program management team. Responsibilities will include heavy phone coverage, heavy interview scheduling, preparing offer letters, preparing interview packets, managing candidate database, and processing expenses. Will help to support the summer and permanent hire training program with scheduling, room preparations, logistics regarding training delivery and speaker/trainer management. Will work to process invoices for vendors as well as heavy event planning in season. Will work on ad hoc projects as they arise.
Must have a completed undergraduate degree plus one year of relevant administrative support experience, preferably from a professional services company on a campus team. Must be a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. Must excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite in addition to prior experience using a CRM or ATS system is required.
