Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking a Coordinator to join the Business Development & Investor Relations (“BDIR”) team. Provide administrative support to Head of Business Development/IR and team with managing calendars and contacts, organizing meetings with external contacts and prospects, book travel, and reconcile expenses. Will prepare agendas and PowerPoint documents for internal/external meetings and assist with maintenance of CRM database. Work on ad-hoc projects including annual meeting support and investor communications. Opportunity to learn and grow into a professional seat within the team.
The ideal candidate with have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of professional experience, within financial services. Will be professional and poised with a positive attitude. Will be extremely organized and detail oriented, can multi-task and prioritize and demonstrate high degree of ownership. Needs to be flexible, willing to work longer hours and ability to learn new processes and systems. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
