Billing Coordinator

Summary

NYC based mid-sized Law Firm is seeking a Billing Coordinator. Work closely with the other Billing Coordinators and attorneys to ensure the billing process runs smoothly. Responsibilities include reviewing billing and collection inquiries and providing reports on the inquiries. Run reports and statements, enter daily cash receipts, analyze payments and maintain files. Assist practice assistants and complete any ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Must be seasoned in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with Aderant and/or BillBlast is a plus.
