Boutique, rapidly growing Luxury Goods company is seeking a Bespoke Production Administrative Assistant to support to the Director and the team. Responsibilities include coordinating pick-ups and maintaining and organizing accounts. Monitor order statuses, coordinate shipments and communicate any updates with the appropriate individuals. Manage inventory tracking system and supplies, maintain documents, and monitor Excel spreadsheets ensuring all job orders are accurate. Take notes during weekly meetings and follow up as appropriate, ensuring all tasks are complete. Perform any ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of support/assistant experience. Accounting experience is preferred. Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be tech-savvy with excellent Microsoft Excel skills as well as Google Suite. Team player with flexibility and ability to adapt and step in as needed.
