Global top tier hedge fund is seeking a Benefits Manager to administer all of the firm’s benefit programs on a global scale. Responsibilities include full service benefits program management: health/dental/vision plans, wellness plans/events, 401K plan, partnering with benefits broker, providing high-level service to the employees regarding all benefits questions, issues that arise, and any concerns. Will also handle all employee leaves.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 5 years of benefits administration in a high-volume, fast paced environment. Must have a strong understanding of benefits policies, procedures and compliance including related to HIPPA, COBRA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, IRS, DOL and all employment law considerations. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal plus strong technical skills. Strong team player with a high level of discretion.
