Global, top tier Private Equity firm is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to work closely with Senior HR Business Partner covering all areas of this 1000-employee firm. Partner with management to understand their needs and objectives, and execute strategies to meet their needs. Responsibilities include: talent development, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR data analysis.
The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 3 years of work experience including a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP. Financial services experience required. Solid understanding of employee relations, training and development, performance management and data analysis. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in both the strategic and tactical, and be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done. Must thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
