Summary

Well established foundation that focuses on assisting cancer patients/families is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide support to their boutique office. Support the CEO/Founder in phone coverage, calendar management, gatekeeping, and interacting with donors, families and patients. Manage all incoming contributions and ensuring contributions are accurately recorded and secure. Assist in event planning, updating databases, maintaining spreadsheets and attending special events while assisting with logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of relevant administrative experience required. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Tech-savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office with a team player “can do” attitude. Must have the ability to multitask and work successfully in a small office environment with minimal structure.
