Summary
Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple Investment Professionals. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, calendars, contacts, internal/external requests and projects to support Investment Professionals. Will coordinate travel and itineraries for Investment Professionals and their teams along with expense coordination using Concur. Provide ad hoc support to the facilities team with out of office coverage and events/catering coordination. Light personal assistant work and ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of team support experience within financial services. Candidate will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of ownership and decision making ability, and be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Should be tech savvy with Microsoft Office and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
