Administrative Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: $70-75K
Plus: Bonus
Location: NYC - Midtown


Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the President and Chief Administrative Officer. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, calendars, contacts, and internal/external requests. Will coordinate travel and itineraries along with expense coordination using Concur. Will also support the Talent Management Associate with recruiting coordinator tasks acting as point of contact for candidates, scheduling of interviews and ensuring positive candidate experience.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3  years of  support experience within financial services and professional services. Candidate will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of ownership and decision making ability, and be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Should be tech savvy with Microsoft Office and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
