Administrative Assistant – Private Equity

Summary

Top tier Private Equity firm is seeking a top assistant to support a busy team of executives . Responsibilities will include: heavy calendar management, travel coordination and expense reports, meeting and conference call scheduling. Ability to help coordinate offsite meetings and client events as needed. Very predictable hours, 9am – 6pm with little OT work needed. In office 3 days per week and interest in remaining in an admin seat long term.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 7+ years of relevant support experience. Financial services or professional services industries required. Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and have experience arranging complex domestic and international travel.
