Summary
Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the President and Chief Administrative Officer. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, heavy/ever-changing calendars, contacts, and internal/external requests. Will coordinate travel and itineraries along with expense coordination using Concur, some light personal assistance and ad-hoc projects as needed. Assist with planning and executing events for the firm (off-sites, team events, celebrations) and also assist with creating/modifying presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents. May also assist with some on-boarding/off-boarding and coordinating interviews.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of support experience, financial services experience preferred. Candidate will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of ownership and decision making ability, and be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Should be tech savvy with Microsoft Office and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
