Summary
Global investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for a boutique office. The Assistant will cover the small team including heavy calendar management, travel and expenses, running reports, ordering lunches, managing office supplies, liaison with building management, and other projects that come up as the team grows. Be first point of contact with any guests and clients. Some personal assistant support as well.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of administrative support experience. Financial services experience preferred. Must have strong technical skills and strong communication skills, both written and oral. Must have strong client service skills. Must be detail oriented and work well in a fast paced environment. Experience working in a small office is preferred.
