Summary
Top tier hedge fund is seeking an administrative assistant to support the Investor Relations team. Responsibilities will include maintaining information in CRM database and running reports, creating and editing PPT decks, managing investor lists, and any administrative work that will help move the team forward. Provide administrative support to members of the team, including phone coverage, calendar management, and travel and expenses.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2-4 years of relevant admin support/coordination experience in financial services. Must have supported a team in a fast paced environment. Must be fluid and flexible and be able to shift priorities as needed. Must be able to multi-task, have great technical skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook – required; CRM preferred) and strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a true team player.
