Administrative Assistant/Coordinator – Marketing/Client Services

Responsibilities include: heavy phone coverage, calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting planning, and gate keeping. Additional responsibilities include: input into CRM database, internal point person for client requests, material prep for meetings, coordinating reports and distribution, and assisting with on-boarding clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 4+ years of support experience. Financial services experience and an interest in marketing are required.
