Top notch asset management firm is seeking an assistant to support senior level executives in Marketing/Client Services. Responsibilities include: heavy phone coverage, calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting planning, and gate keeping. Additional responsibilities include: input into CRM database, internal point person for client requests, material prep for meetings, coordinating reports and distribution, and assisting with on-boarding clients.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 4+ years of support experience. Financial services experience and an interest in marketing are required. Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce. Must be proactive, strong at multi-tasking and a great team player.
