Administrative Assistant – Capital Markets

Summary

Boutique investment bank has an exciting, new Capital Markets team that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support 3 senior leaders. Responsibilities include heavy, complex scheduling and calendar management, heavy travel arrangements and expenses, work on PPT decks, maintain data in CRM database, coordinate events, and take on ad hoc projects, all in a fast-paced environment. Help build out this new business with room for growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of administrative support experience in financial services, professional services or a start up.  Must have strong technical skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have an ability to keep organized and prioritize responsibilities. Must be flexible and energetic in this ever changing environment.
