Summary
Rapidly growing, boutique luxury goods business is seeking am Administrative Assistant to support the luxury goods with their specialty items. Responsibilities include heavy logistics and coordination of the luxury goods’ production process: process new client orders, review invoices, receive and send luxury goods packages, ensure all incoming and outgoing items to vendor are accurate and secure, capture and track all details in an Excel spreadsheet, and manage any details relevant to the successful completion of each special order. Ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus 1-2 years of relevant administrative support or coordination experience. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be a strong team player with excellent detail orientation and organizational skills. Must have strong technical skills with a higher level of competency with Excel. Must enjoy working in a start-up environment with fluidity and flexibility.
