Administrative Assistant


Boutique asset management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a C-Suite executive and additional support for the NYC team of approximately 4. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, domestic and international travel and expenses, meeting logistics, office management responsibilities including supplies, event planning and ordering supplies. Ad hoc projects as needed. Hybrid role, every other week 5 days in office and alternate weeks 3 days in office, 2 from home.


The qualified candidate must have at least 3+ years of administrative support experience including some coverage of senior level executives. College degree required plus financial or professional services experience preferred. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be a true team player who is attentive, detail oriented, and can multi-task effectively all in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of a travel system such as concur is a plus.
