Global asset management firm is seeking an assistant to join the firm to support a team of executives. It is a busy seat that requires heavy calendar management, both domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses, meeting planning, materials prep and other ad hoc projects as needed. The ideal candidate must have a BA/BS degree plus 3-5 years of relevant administrative support experience. Financial services experience is required. Must be a strong team player, great communicator, have strong technical skills and be able to effectively multi-task. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to manage calendars with precision. Hours are 8:30-5:30 but must be flexible for light OT as needed. Role will require 4 days in the office and 1 working from home (with flexibility to work in person Fridays for important meetings or deadlines).
