Administrative Assistant


Global Private Equity firm is seeking an assistant to join the firm to support a team of 6 executives. It is a busy seat that will require arranging both domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses, event planning, meeting planning, materials prep and other ad hoc projects as needed. Great growing team to work closely with.


The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2-4 years of relevant administrative support experience. Financial services or other fast moving industry experience is required. Must be a strong team player, great communicator, have strong technical skills and be able to effectively multi-task. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to manage calendars with precision.
