Well established financial services firm is seeking an assistant to support 2 Senior Executives and their team. Admin will be responsible for heavy phone coverage, complex calendar management and meeting logistics, travel arrangements and expense reports. Will handle additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as needed including working with Salesforce and document editing. Will work closely with other admins on the team to provide overall coverage and backup support.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 8+ years of relevant administrative support experience. Financial services industry experience required. Must have supported senior executives in a fast paced environment. Must have strong technical skills and be extremely detail oriented. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Must be a strong team player with a 24/7 mentality. In office 3 – 4 days per week and available for OT work as needed.
