Private capital markets firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the corporate team. This role will directly report to and assist the CEO in heavy calendar management, phone coverage, meeting organization, ensuring their day runs seamlessly, prioritizing and engaging with both internal and external contacts, and some personal assistance. This role will handle highly sensitive information and confidential projects and will sometimes assist with a small group of senior executives as needed. Other responsibilities will include greeting office visitors, helping maintain kitchen and office supplies, and assisting with CEO’s various Board of Directors meetings. Daily start time is 8:00am.
The ideal candidate must have a completed bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years of relevant administrative support experience. Client service, retail, hospitality, and financial services experience is a plus. Must be confident, forward thinking, and comfortable interfacing with clients and colleagues alike. Solid technical skills in MS Office suite are required, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be efficient and productive in a high energy work environment.
