Summary
Top tier investment bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the DE&I team. Heavy meeting and event scheduling, assist with event coordination, manage travel and expenses, coordinate meeting logistics and required documents, proof emails and documents, work on Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks. Will take on some ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelors degree with at least 2-3 years of administrative support experience. Financial services experience is a plus. Must have strong technical skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be organized and reliable, have strong communication skills both written and oral, and be a team player. Ability to multi-task with a very strong attention to detail is required.
