Administrative Assistant

Summary

Global Private Equity firm is seeking an assistant to join the firm to support two C- Suite Executives. It is a busy seat that requires heavy calendar management, both domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses, event planning, meeting planning, materials prep and other ad hoc projects as needed. Will create strong relationships with internal executives and their support teams as well as with outside relationships and clients. Great opportunity to learn about the private equity industry while supporting the leaders of the business.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2-4 years of relevant administrative support experience. Financial services or other fast moving industry experience is required. Must be a strong team player, great communicator, have strong technical skills and be able to effectively multi-task. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to manage calendars with precision. Hours are 9 – 6 but must be flexible for OT as needed.
