Account Service Coordinator needed to support Account Executive/Client Services team.
Will handle administrative and organizational support for Account Executives including vendor management, database maintenance, reporting and billing support. Will schedule and coordinate meetings as well as events. Role will be heavily client-facing and the Coordinator will help to maintain strong client relations. Additional duties quality assurance and ad hoc projects are also included in this role.
BA/BS required. 2+ years of administrative support in a client-facing role. Must be personable and a true team-player, able to build internal and external relationships. Extremely high attention to detail needed. Must have excellent technology/software skills including MS Office Suite, Dropbox, Zoom, Adobe.
