Top luxury brand seeks a HRBP/Talent Manager to partner with this well established company’s newly acquired businesses. In addition to traditional HRBP responsibilities, you will also work closely with the CHRO on special people and organizational projects to support and help the success of the company. Projects could include redesign of onboarding and training processes for their growing business, performance management and succession planning programs as well as ad hoc projects as they arise. Must be willing to roll up sleeves across all HR functions and be excited to help the company through this high growth time and be strategic about future people programs.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years as a HRBP. Must have supported a fast-paced business, preferably in e-commerce or a growing start-up. Must have proven track record in driving business operations change. Must have worked in a rapidly growing environment and with minimal structure. Must be a strong team player with top level consultative skills and a foundation in analytics. Must be willing to work in the weeds and have a seat at the board table as well.
