Summary6 month contract assignment supporting an amazing HR team while someone is out on leave. Post job descriptions and review resumes on iCIMS (the Firmís ATS). Coordinate/schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams; solicit feedback. Assist in the preparation and coordination of training programs. Initial point of contact for US benefit inquiries. Coordinate and process leaves of absence and qualified benefit changes. Assist with the annual Open Enrollment process. Assist with monthly/annual reporting and filings. Process various monthly and ad-hoc invoices with AP. Help with Workday system support. FIrst point of contact for HR related inquiries. Maintain and update HR and Benefit related documents on the company's Intranet. Work on other projects as they arise.
QualificationsBA/BS and 1-3 years HR experience required. Financial services industry preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) as well as strong listening skills. Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Experience with Workday preferred. Experience with iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking System a plus. Will work independently as well as within a team. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent judgment with highly confidential information. Must have Strong Microsoft computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
