SummaryGlobal, top tier real estate firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. Will support front-office recruitment as well as campus recruitment. Responsibilities will include extensive and detailed scheduling (across multiple time zones) and calendar management, booking travel arrangements and gatekeeping. Will meet/greet candidates as needed and facilitate on-site interview process. Will assist in posting job descriptions, gather interview feedback, and maintain internal database. Will prepare offer letters, communicate with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates, and assist with employee on-boarding. Will filter and prioritize incoming communication. Will also assist with campus recruitment programs including full-cycle event coordination. Carry out special projects as needed.
QualificationsBA/BS required. Minimum of 2 years' of experience in administrative support, recruitment or human resources. Must be highly professional with strong judgment and interpersonal communication skills. Must exercise discretion in handling confidential information. Must be effective and successful in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to anticipate needs of the team. Must be a self-starter and work independently with limited direction at times. Strong technical/writing skills a must. Candidate must be self-motivated and flexible to work OT as needed.
