SummaryDynamic, rapidly growing pharmaceutical/biotech start-up is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Team Coordinator to support Senior Executive and office. Responsibilities include calendar management, organizing agendas for internal/external meetings, coordinating domestic/international travel and preparing expense reports. Will provide office management - meeting/greeting and escorting guests, maintaining office appearance, stocking and ordering office supplies/food, maintaining vendor relationships and assisting with planning/coordinating events. Assist with hiring process; scheduling/coordination and day of management. Support financial operations team with invoice reconciliation and special projects.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably including some support experience in start-up, pharma/biotech or financial services preferred. Must be a strong team player, assertive, proactive and have a strong ability to multi-task. Solid technical skills required. Experience with Greenhouse and Concur a plus. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing/shifting tasks and priorities.
