SummaryPartner and support talent acquisition manager to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various departments within this top biotech firm. Work with candidates and hiring teams to schedule and coordinate a seamless interview day plus travel, when applicable. Act as a liaison to the Internal Recruiter to address questions and concerns from the hiring teams and candidates. Work on ad hoc recruiting projects as they arise. Provide support to high level CEOs visiting the office, interacting with them and ensuring a "white-glove" experience. Update/maintain pipeline & candidate information. Collect and gather feedback on candidates and transfer to system.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. 1 - 3 years prior work experience in recruiting coordination, HR, sales support, event planning, or client facing role. Experience working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Must have excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation. Must be highly organized, pro-active and have great attention to detail.
