SummarySupport small NY office (7 professionals) of a much larger west coast fund. Manage busy calendars, arrange travel (domestic and international), phone coverage, coordinating meetings/interviews, and expense reporting and reimbursement. Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for marketing team. Coordination of office events, catering for meetings, and setup/breakdown of conference room. Order all office supplies. Meet and great high-profile clients and put them in conference room. Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory. Manage other projects as they arise.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. Must have 5+ years of work experience preferably in finance. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Demonstrated history of working with integrity, discretion and a high level of competency. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
