SummaryGlobal investment management firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Technology with a population of under 1,000 employees. As the HRBP, you will build strong relationships with the management of each division, provide support in employee relations, talent management, performance management and training and development. Work closely with HR team to provide well-rounded HR support to your businesses. Develop relevant training programs as needed working with outside vendors to implement. Manage 1-2 HRPBs who will provide support to the same clients areas.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10-15 years of experience, including 7-10 years of relevant HRBP experience. Financial services experience and HR partnership with Technology areas are both required. Excellent skillset in employee relations, training and development, performance management and data analysis. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in both the strategic and tactical, and be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done. Must thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.Must be high energy, team oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and have proven relationship building experience.
