SummaryPrestigious mid-sized investment firm is seeking a front office recruiter to manage the recruitment process for front office roles. Will work directly with hiring managers to determine sourcing options, coordinate recruitment process, manage information in ATS, draft offer letters, keep managers informed, create monthly progress reports and update HR team as needed. Will source on their own as well as utilize search firms. Will also work on HR recruitment projects including evaluating current resources including RPO, evaluate and update talent management systems and help on any other change management projects related to talent acquisition.
QualificationsThe qualified candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional recruitment experience. Financial services experience required Must have strong relationship building skills, strong communication skills both written and verbal, and be a true team player. Must have a strong sense of urgency. Must have a strong knowledge of front office finance terminology. Must be well versed in Applicant Tracking systems as well as experience in change management.
