SummaryEstablished and high end landscape design firm is seeking an administrative assistant / office coordinator to join the team. Responsibilities include: administrative support for 3 executives, marketing coordination, sales coordination, contract preparation and revision, reception coverage, tracking information for accounting, manage office supplies, and projects as needed.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant administrative support and office coordination or office management. Must have a strong client service focus with excellent technical skills. Must be a strong team player who can effectively multi-task and be flexible to changing client demands.
