SummaryDynamic trading floor environment support role. Support the team of 12 - One senior Portfolio Manager and his direct reports. General executive assistant duties including calendar administration, travel management (domestic and international), phone coverage, coordinating meetings/interviews, and expense reporting. Coordination of office events, catering for meetings, and setup/breakdown of conference room. Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory. Assemble investment or credit portfolio reporting for the funds. Assist with coordinating and logging compliance-related requests for the team. Monitor and maintain information in credit management system. Coordinate with middle office platform and trustees. Assist in coordinating deal staffing for the team. Assemble weekly investment reports for distribution. Coordinate with legal and Compliance team for investment related requests. Manage other projects as they arise.
QualificationsBA/BS degree required. 4+ years experience in private equity or marketing preferred. Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Demonstrated history of working with integrity, discretion and a high level of competency. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Willingness to seek out new learning opportunities and take on new tasks/responsibilities as assigned.
