SummaryTop tier, global asset management firm is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst to provide support to Compensation, HRIS and Benefits. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis to develop standard metrics, run associated reports, streamline the function and evaluate data in order to enable strong decision-making, manage some compensation processes, respond to business requests, provide data for talent acquisition, provide technical expertise to HR systems, work closely with HRIS system to enhance and fine tune as needed, and generate procedures around best practices.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics and reporting. Strong technical skills. Strong knowledge of HR systems, Workday experience preferred. Great communication skills, strong team player, and high level of discretion.
