SummaryManage the daily operations of facilities and services in New York (and 4 other east coast offices), including but not limited to: food services, reception/service center, security, facilities, fitness center program, and special projects. Manage improvements in facilities and services delivery. Manage reception and service center personnel in conjunction with outsource companies. Manage food services for breakfast and lunch and key catering events. Oversee local security operations in coordination with the security operations center. Manage the evacuation support team in conjunction with headquarters. Review and process invoices for approval and track of spending. Coordinate moves with technology, this includes pre-move preparation/post-move inspection, updating MAC and floor plans. Coordinate events with communications (i.e. Volunteer Day, Corporate Events). Manage local Fitness Center Program including membership vendor management, HR reporting and quarterly usage reporting.
QualificationsBA/BS required. The ideal candidate will have a college degree plus 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in facilities with some experience managing multiple office/city locations. Must have experience in financial services or another professional services environment. Must have experience with Strategic Occupancy Planning, Project Management and Building Operations. Must be available to work OT including some evening and weekend work as needed. Must have a proven track record managing others. Must have excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Must have strong Excel skills and experience in vendor management.
