SummarySmall technology firm looking for Office Coordinator to support execs and the team. Will handle scheduling and calendar management for CFO and provide some light support to CEO. Will liaise with team members located in global headquarters. Will handle phone coverage, vendor management/communication, internal/external event planning, and ad-hoc projects.
QualificationsCollege degree preferred. Must have minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Must be proactive and take initiative to complete a wide range of projects, with the ability to be resourceful. Must be a team-player with a positive attitude. Strong communication and technical skills required.
