SummaryFast-paced graphic design firm is seeking an EA/Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Founder of the company as well as to manage invoicing and reconciliation process. Utilize QuickBooks to track information and run reports. Handle client invoice inquiries. Be forward thinking in order to help the Founder be prepared for meetings and potential client opportunities.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have about 5 or more years of relevant experience including executive level administrative support. Must have an affinity for working with numbers and have experience in expense reconciliation. Experience in QuickBooks is preferred. Strong communication and technical skills required. Must be a strong team player, able to effectively multi-task, and be assertive.
