SummaryGlobal asset management firm is seeking a Compensation and Data Analyst to join the global Comp team providing support for both Compensation and HRIS. Compensation related responsibilities include analytical support for firm-wide compensation initiatives, analysis and modeling for compensation related projects, participate in industry benchmarking surveys and conduct analysis of internal and external benchmarking data, work on monthly bonus accrual process and work with the team to administer the year-end compensation process, and maintain compensation systems. HRIS related responsibilities include define and document functional requirements, which reflect business needs and liaise with technical staff, complete business analysis, project management, and systems testing for HRIS related projects, and support initiatives and maintenance surrounding HR systems.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of relevant experience either in HR Consulting or Financial Services. Experience with McLagan surveys is a plus. Must be a strong critical thinker with excellent analytical and technical (advanced Excel) skills. Must be highly professional with strong client service skills, great attention to detail and high level of integrity. Must be able to raise concerns and questions as needed. Must be a strong team player.
