SummarySupport President at this NYC downtown consulting firm. Answer phones and direct callers. Coordinate domestic and international travel for all professional and personal trips for the President. Process expense reports. Manage busy calendar and act as gatekeeper. Heavy personal work required including research related to trips, gift purchases, shipping, arranging deliveries and errands as needed. Organize logistics for board and C-Suite meetings. Work on any ad-hoc projects that arise. Will back up other admins as needed.
QualificationsBA/BS required. Must have at least 5- 10 years of experience supporting a senior executive and or senior team in a professional services environment. Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have extensive experience arranging both domestic and international travel. Must be flexible to work from home outside traditional business hours. Core in office hours are 9am to 6pm.
