SummarySupport the founders by monitoring and managing their inboxes and calendars. Update daily schedules and keep managers on time and in the loop for changes and updates. Arrange travel for senior team including lodging, flights, and event participation. Create detailed dossiers on individuals for meetings. Handle small and large in-person errands to free up the leadership teamsí time and support other team members. Receive shipments, open boxes and stock office. Book office cleaning and manage other service contracts. Help coordinate and attend in office hosted events.
QualificationsMust have completed BA/BS with an overall 3.3 GPA or higher. Must have 2 years of administrative assistant or office assistant experience in a client service, fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable communicating with a diverse group of teams and staff, be able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments. Must have strong Excel skills as well as exposure to Asana, Trello, Slack and Google Suite. Must be comfortable with technology and troubleshooting when needed. Must be willing to roll up sleeves and pitch in where needed.
